8Account Closure and Balance

Jkq22 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that you have violated any part of these Terms.
• You are unable to verify your identity or account information when requested.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 5 business days, subject to successful identity verification.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Jkq22 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free of interruptions, errors, or data loss under all circumstances.

10Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• Final Stage: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures.

You agree that any claim must be submitted within 90 days from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
